| About Me | I was a free-spirited liberal thinker from high school until 1999, when I was given a cup of tea laced with who knows what that sent me on a 3-day hallucinatory trip with "religious" overtones - God and Satan were playing tug of war with me. After this experience, I believed that God was my Heavenly Father, but that Jesus was an imposter - made up by the Roman Catholic church so that they could commit their atrocities against mankind in His name (my ancestors were French Huguenots (Protestants) who were slaughtered by the Catholics and forced to flee France because they believed one could have a personal relationship with God through Jesus instead of through the Pope). This led me on a truth-seeking venture where I read only the Old Testament of The Holy Bible, The Koran, Book of Mormon, Gospel of Thomas and books on Buddhism, etc. All of this, then, led me back to the New Testament of the Holy Bible, where I, the 100th sheep (the one who goes astray) came back to the fold to follow my Shepherd, Jesus Christ. I was raised Baptist, (my father was an ordained Southern Baptist preacher) but I choose not to participate in any organized religion "church". I wake up every morning and ask my Heavenly Father what my task is for the day. He is my CEO for all of my temporary assignments here on earth. I don't push my beliefs on anyone because those who have the "ears to hear" will be put in my path.
