Vietnam Memorial Healing Wall

We finally have our Wall, with over 250+ names with more to be added. The dedication was Aug 2nd at Oak Park, We
had a large group of Veterans, families and classmates
that turned out. Great day, good food and so many people, I was unable to speak too. You can visit the Wall anytime the
school is open, just check in at the office with ID.
We are also doing a scholarship program. You can donate by going to www.growyourgiving.org. This is the Kansas City Community Foundation, use Oak Park Vietnam Memorial and fund ID oakp01 to make sure it get to the right fund and not into the school districts general fund. We will be set up at this years Craft Fair in Nov, come by and see us. We will be having a raffle for another great quilt.
