To put yourself down is to let yourself down - life was not created for you to put yourself down - you are worthy, you are special, and God loves you because He created you. And your life was intended to mix with other peoples lives and be good. You may face challenges and be scared of the next step that you need to take, just take it! You will never regret the courage that you will build up everytime you do what other people tell you not to do or they tell you that "you" cannot do it - prove yourself to you and to them that say "You Can Do It!" This is contagious, I love the feeling of doing what people tell me that I cannot do - we come more and more out of our fears when our courage grows - we shine for all the world to see and we know that we are worthy regardless of the past. It is the feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction that we get from each attempt to achieve for good and God that beings us more encouragement to keep going. If I can feel love, faith, care and courage you can too. If I can do courageous things then you can too!
