| About Me | After attending the University of Wisconsin River Falls 1985-87 I used my construction background to own and operate a construction company for 15 years 1987 -2002. As the lead carpenter of 3 framing and 3 finishing crews I have framed and finished 100's of custom homes for local builders in the metro Milwaukee area. This experience gave me numerous leadership and management skills dealing with employees, owners, builders and suppliers. 2002 to 2013 I owned and operated a home improvement company selling windows, doors, roofing, siding for residential homes and installed everything I sold. I have closed and satisfied over 800 customers in and around the Milwaukee area. Including ending with an A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau, never one complaint. Servicing all of these customers, starting with the sale and then through the installation process to completion and beyond has helped me attain sales skills and customer service skills that i feel are unattainable through school itself.
