While I haven't had any contact with Gary since high school, I was saddened to hear he had passed. We hung out frequently for a couple years and I always enjoyed being with him. He had a great sense of humor .and a bit of 'bad boy' about him (in a good way). He got me into surfing and racing cars (both of which I did poorly) and we were in Demolay together. My condolences to his family.
