NORWOOD -- It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Sharon C. Misiak, 78, a resident of Norwood. Mrs. Misiak passed away Saturday evening, June 7, 2025 at her home with her loving husband by her side. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no public services at this time. Sharon is survived by her husband of 56 years, John, Norwood; her two daughters, Joann Misiak, Venice, FL and Becky and Michael Kearing, Longmeadow, MA; her two beloved grandchildren, Allison and Stephanie; a brother Gary Page, Massena and a sister, Cathy and John McLaughlin, Homer, NY as well as several nieces, nephews, extended family members and her special friends, Candice and George Hunt, Ellen Smith and Judy Plonka. Sharon was pre-deceased by her parents, two brothers, Richard and Lester "Jake" Page and a sister, Barbara Simons.
Born in Norfolk, NY on November 25, 1946 to the late Lester R. and Rose Sabad Page Sr., Sharon graduated from Norwood-Norfolk Central School, Class of 1965. She was a devoted homemaker and volunteer at the Norfolk American Legion. In her spare time, Sharon enjoyed bowling, trips to Las Vegas and Atlantic City and socializing with her family and friends, who called her the "life of the party".
