About	Age 58 - Potsdam - David M. Roy, age 58, of Potsdam, passed away suddenly on October 26, 2010 at the Fletcher-Allen Medical Center in Burlington, VT. There will be no calling hours or funeral service. Arrangements are with the Garner Funeral Home in Potsdam. Condolences online can be sent to www.garnerfh.com. Contributions in his memory can be made to either the Potsdam or West Potsdam Volunteer Rescue Squads or to the Potsdam Humane Society. David is survived by his wife, Deborah G. Roy; son James Roy; daughters Tabatha Roy and Kimberly Peck; mother Hazel Roy; sisters Linda Gerring, Patricia Larrow, Beverly Benway, Cindy Roy, and Brenda Paige; and brothers Reginald and Paul Roy. He was pre-deceased by his father, Reginald Roy Sr. David was born December 5, 1951 in Ogdensburg, the son of Reginald Roy and Hazel Murphy. He attended Norwood-Norfolk schools. On March 3, 1979 he married Deborah G. Trivilino at the Presbyterian Church in Potsdam. He was an auto body repair man for Stan’s Auto for over twenty years.
