About	Age 47 - Norfolk - Howard J. Palmer, 47, died Thursday night, November 14, 1991 at Massena Memorial Hospital. The funeral was held at the Buck Funeral Home, Norfolk, with the Rev. George Maroun, pastor of the Church of the Visitation in Norfolk, officiating. Burial was made in Visitation Cemetery. Howard was a 1962 graduate of Norwood-Norfolk Central School. Surviving are his father, Howard L. Palmer; his mother, Alberta Crotty, aunts, uncles and cousins. Howard was born in Norfolk on July 4, 1944, the son of Howard L. Palmer and Alberta LaDue. For the past two years, he had been the owner of the Tip Top Bakery and Coffee Shop in Raymondville. Howard lived his entire life in Norfolk, NY with his grandparents until their deaths.
