About	Age 71, (NNCS bus driver) - Norfolk - Funeral services for 71 year old Emma A Blanchard, 165 River Rd, Norfolk, will be held in the spring at the Buck Funeral Home in Norfolk. Mrs. Blanchard passed away on November 10, 2012. Emma is survived by her husband, Wayne, Norfolk; two sons, Randy Norfolk and Michael and Tracy Blanchard, Knoxville, TN; a daughter, Tammy Blanchard and her companion Ken Alberts, Norfolk; four grandchildren; a brother Frank Gillespie, Clayton and a sister Lera Simpson, Holden, MO. She was pre-deceased by her brothers Howard, Norman and Stanley Gillespie and a sister Leona Kellogg. Born in Massena on October 7, 1941 to the late William and Evelyn Wilson Gillespie, she married Wayne E. Blanchard on June 10, 1960. Emma aas a homemaker, drove school bus for NNCS and ran her upholstery shop from her home for many years. She was a member of the Eastern Star and loved line dancing.
