Bonnie is survived by her son Francis Jr. and companion Sara Archer, Norwood; a daughter, Kimberly and Donald Hill, Calcium, NY; grandchildren, Kyle and Kolby Swinyer; Makenzie Warriner and Natasha; Lindsey, Donald Jr. and Kevin; a brother, Ronald "Pete" Weegar and companion Winnie Pinczes, Stockholm; a sister, Connie and Gary Ling, Stockholm. Bonnie was pre-deceased by husband Francis on Jan 1, 2015 and a brother Roger Weegar. Born in Massena, on May 27, 1949 to Allen "Joe" and Helen Michaud Weegar, Bonnie graduated from High School and married Francis J Swinyer on Oct 18, 1968 at the Norfolk Methodist Church. Bonnie worked at NNCS in the cafeteria for over 34 yrs.
