Joel graduated from Norwood-Norfolk Central School in 1982. He is survived by his mother, Eleanor Parow of Norwood; his fiancee, Colleen Larsen; his daughter Lauren, a brother, Hugh and Connie Palmer, Norwood, sisters; Robin Palmer and Mihael Velebil, Colorado Springs, CO, Marsha Deon, Potsdam, Lisa Tully & Richard Goodrich, Colorado Springs, CO, Terrilynn and Michael Levison Oswego, Beth & Jason Chrissley, Adams Center.

I am so sad to read this. I didn't see him after he graduated but he was such a nice boy in school. RIP Joel.
