About	Age 54 - Norwood - Calling hours for 54 year old Duane P. Shepard, 2662 County Route 35, Norwood, will be held Friday from 6-9 p.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood. There will be no funeral services. Duane passed away Monday evening at the Fletcher-Allen Medical Center in Burlington, VT. He is survived by his wife, Lena, Norwood; two step-daughters, Andrea Billingham, Texas and Jessica Tuper, Massena; one grandchild, Calib; three brothers, Donald and Diane Shepard Jr, Norfolk; Danny and Kelly Shepard, Madrid; Dale Luther and Monica Giles, Rochester; four sisters, Deborah Shepard, Potsdam; Diane and Dave Liebfred, Norwood; Donna and Sherwood White, Madrid; Doreen and Larry Pryce, Madrid and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Born in Potsdam on July 9, 1959 to the late Donald and Irene Barkley Shepard Sr., he graduated from Norwood-Norfolk Central School. He married Lena L. Petke on August 25, 2002. Duane has worked at Monroe Muffler and Brake for over 23 years. Currently, he was the manager in Potsdam. Duane enjoyed tinkering and fixing things.
