About	Age 70 - Madrid - Gloria L. Bradley, 70, of School St. passed away on Dec. 26, 2013 at Fletcher Allen Health Care Center in Vermont. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, Dec. 30, 2013 at 11:00 am at United Church of Madrid with Rev. Helen Beck presiding. There will be no calling hours. Gloria was born on June 8, 1943 in Norfolk, NY the daughter of William and Keron (Russell) Longest. She married Glenn L. Bradley on August 11, 1972 at United Church of Madrid. She was employed as a secretary at Clarkson University, Potsdam State, and SUNY Canton where she retired in 1995. She also worked for Rich Plan of Watertown. Gloria is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Glenn L. of Madrid, her mother Keron Longest, of Norwood, daughters, Sandra (James) McKenty of Stockholm, Holly (James) Stone of Canton, sons, Kevin (Jill) Bradley of Myrtle Beach, Chad Bradley and Kelly Logan of Potsdam, Greg (Theresa) LaPlatney of Iverness, FL.; brothers John (Debbie) Longest of Boca Raton, FL; Clark (Christine) Longest of Paris, TN; Louis "Butch" (Tammy)Longest of Norwood, a brother in-law Everett (Margie) Bradley of Canton, and a sister Cynthia (Alan) Bidwell of TN, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by a brother Frank Longest. Gloria enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, working on the computer, taking in stray cats and watching TV programs, Perry Mason, Bones and Judge Judy. Flowers are gratefully declined; memorial contributions may be made to Madrid Rescue Squad or United Church of Madrid Memorial Fund.
