About	Age 55 - Parishville - Daniel John Fiacco, 55, died Saturday December 21, 2013 of heart complications. Calling hours will be held Monday, December 30, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood. Daniel was born December 17, 1958 in Potsdam, NY, the son of Louis M. and Jean B. Harper Fiacco. Surviving Daniel are his sons Gregory and Nicholas; his mother, Jean; four brothers, Louis, Richard, Michael and Gregory and many nieces and nephews, all of whom were very close. He was pre-deceased by a sister, Christine. He graduated from Paul Smith's College. He worked for a family owned business doing railroad maintenance at a young age and then worked at various restaurants in the area before moving to California in the 1980's where he pursued a career in cable TV. installations. He returned to St. Lawrence County in 1987 and started working for the Nicholville Telephone Company before starting his own business in 2001. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and the outdoors. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his sons who meant the world to him. He was a kind man who would do anything for anyone and ask for nothing in return. His friends were lucky to have him as he was lucky to have his friends who, in these last few years have helped him out a lot and he was thankful for that.
