Age 48 - Norfolk - Funeral Services for 48 year old Shawn J. LaDue, 57 Trippanyville Road, Norfolk, will be held Tuesday at 10 am at St. Raymond's Church in Raymondville with Rev. Andrew Amyot presiding. Burial will be held in the St. Lawrence Cemetery, Louisville. Family and friends may call at the Buck Funeral Home in Norfolk on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Shawn is survived by his wife, Valerie, Norfolk; his son, Matthew Love, Massena; two step-daughters, Jennifer Alguire, Buffalo and Ashley Alguire, Waddington; his father, Joe and Carolyn LaDue, Waddington; his mother, Nancy and Ron Duquette, Loon Lake, a sister Trudi and William Murphy, Victor, NY; and his six brothers, Joseph and Dianna, Tupper Lake; Keith and Marilyn, Norfolk; Loni and Wendy, Norfolk; Aaron and Ann, Massena; Preston, Saranac Lake and Travis, also of Saranac Lake and several nieces and nephews. Born in Massena on November 5, 1962 to Joseph J. and Nancy Simmons LaDue, he worked as a truck driver in the logging industry for Lyndaker Logging in Castorland, NY. He married Valerie Knepp on November 4, 2006. He enjoyed gardening, riding his bike and spending time with family and friends. He served in the U.S. Army from 1983-1986.
