About	Age 58 - Albany - Christine Dockum Kenny, 58, formerly of Norwood. Christine (Chrissy) passed away surrounded by her family at Albany Medical Center on Saturday, April 10, at the age of 58, from complications of her treatment for an aggressive and rapid onset of leukemia. Chrissy lives on through her beautiful children and grandchildren. She loved them beyond words and never tired of sharing her constant awe, wonder and pride in their personal growth and achievements. Christine is the daughter of the late Gerald and Claire Dockum of Norwood. Survivors include daughter, Merideth and husband, Christopher Hoppe of Philmont; and sons, Matthew Kenny and partner, Esther Roth-Katz of San Francisco, CA, and Jason and wife, Ying Kenny of Springfield, NJ; as well as five grandchildren, Allison, Charlotte, Samuel, Violet and Finley. Her siblings include Marna and husband, Frank Bellanca, Westerville, OH, Daniel Dockum, Margate, FL, Sheila and husband, Richard Paparo, Syracuse, and Dennis and wife, Diane Dockum, Norwood. She is pre-deceased by her beloved sister, Mary Ellen (Petey) Dockum Husson. Chrissy is also survived by uncles and aunts, Carroll and wife, Jane Jenner, Clyde and wife, Hilda Jenner, and Mrs. Robert (Rita) Jenner; as well as many cousins, nephews and nieces. A funeral service will be held Friday, April 16, at 3 p.m. at St James Church in Chatham. Internment and graveside service will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Norwood, at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 17. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Partners in Health at www.pih.org.
