| About | Age 50 - Timothy J. Wilkins , 50, Pompano, Beach, FL, formerly of Norwood, died Friday at North Broward Medical Center Hospice Unit, Pompano Beach. He had been ill with cancer. Mr. Wilkins served with the Navy and since 1981 had been a resident of Florida, where he was a foreman with Edward B. Stimpson Co. for 25 years. Born March 19, 1956, in Norwood, a son of Joseph J. and Elizabeth M. Newvine Wilkins , he was a 1976 graduate of Norwood-Norfolk Central School and married Ann M. Bennett. Tim was a member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church and a member and third-degree knight with the Knights of Columbus Council, both in Pompano Beach. Surviving besides his wife and his father, of Norwood, are two daughters, Ashley Marie and Jeanie Ann Wilkins , both of Pompano Beach; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. His mother died Nov. 21, 2003. |
