Age 36 - Buffalo - Gerald "Jerry" Bond, 36, former resident of Norfolk, died Saturday morning at Millard Fillmore Hospital, Buffalo. The funeral was held at the Church of the Visitation with the Rev. George Maroun, pastor, officiating. Burial was made in Visitation Cemetery. Surviving are his parents, Richard L. and Helen S. Bond; four brothers, Richard K., Brian J., Mark O., and Gaylord A.; a sister, Mrs. James (Valerie) Pircsuk; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was born May 16, 1956, in Potsdam, a son of Richard L. and Helen S. Kelly Bond. He graduated from Norwood-Norfolk Central School in 1974. Mr. Bond was a licensed practical nurse at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Buffalo. He had formerly worked as a licensed practical nurse at Moongate Nursing Home, Canton, and the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Syracuse.
