Age 33 - Norfolk - Funeral services for Michael G. O'Brien, 33, of Norfolk will be held at the Church of the Visitation in Norfolk Monday at 9 a.m., with the Rev. George Maroun officiating. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery in Waddington. Friends may call at the Buck Funeral Home in Norfolk today from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Micheal died Friday, October 6,1989 at Canton-Potsdam Hospital, where he had been a patient since October 4th. Michael is survived by his wife, Kathleen; his mother, Eunice O'Brien of Norfolk, three brothers; Richard of Hilton, NY, Patrick of UT and John of Rochester, three sisters; Mrs. Peter (Katherine) Rodger of Potsdam, Mrs. James (Dawn Marie) Cavarillio and Mrs. Gilbert (Carol) Gonithrer, both of FL, as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Michael was born on April 1, 1956 in Potsdam, the son of Kenneth and Eunice (Bogart) O'Brien. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He married Kathleen MacDonald Sept. 1, 1979. Mr. O'Brien was a member of the Norfolk American Legion and Massena Am Vets.
