| About Me | Curious Cat - Country Decor "From cards to cupboards and everything in between!" I opened Curious Cat in April of 1999. I am often asked why the name, if I really don't just sell cat items. Well, this is how it happened: I was sitting at my kitchen table researching this new business venture and I had a lot of catalogs etc. spread out all over the table top. My white cat, Misty, was sitting on the chair near by and constantly kept pawing and chewing on the corners of the catalogs. I looked at Misty and said "my you are a curious cat." That is how Curious Cat was born. Sadly "Misty" the curious cat, passed away in Feb. 2010 at the age of 23 I will alway think of him with his one blue eye and the other green. Forever in my heart.
