A lot of you know me. I was an angel right? LOL. All joking aside, here is my testimony, I'll make it short. I was in and out of trouble many times. I've done things that I was not proud of. Drugs, alcohol abuse, sexual immorality, a bad divorce, and I used a lot of people. I have reached out to a few of those people and asked for forgiveness. One thing that led me to Jesus Christ was the knowledge I learned about witchcraft. Yes I was into that also for a season. I thought it was harmless, boy was I wrong. I saw some things that would make most people cringe. Not me. I couldn't get enough of it. I will leave out the details and fast forward to 2021. Just to let everyone know, I should not be alive today, at least 5 times over. In the summer of 2021, I found a local church and actually started to comprehend God's word. I always believed in God just from knowing what I do about the other side. Spiritual warfare is very real. I was born again in August of 2021, baptized in the Cuyahoga River and then I really began to know just how real God is. I ended up leaving that church because the Pastor told me that God doesn't talk to people anymore, and he did not believe the gifts of the Holy Spirit are active anymore. (I can assure you that they are) After a fairly heated argument (I didn't understand how to be humble at that time) we parted ways. It wasn't long until I found another church and I also got involved in other ministries. That is when the game changed. I had a radical encounter with Jesus in June 2023, and right on my living room floor, He delivered me from alcohol abuse, cigarettes, vaping and chewing tobacco. The funny thing is, I didn't realize it until a few days later. I hadn't stopped to buy any of it. I used to stop every day on the way home. Zero withdrawals, and very limited urges. Isn't God awesome! I am still clean to this day and since then, I have been delivered from a lot of the effects from witchcraft; unforgiveness, torment from the devil, low self esteem, and lust to name a few. Jesus Christ made me a new creation, and for that I owe Him my life. We all do. My wife and I started a deliverance ministry to help bring people to the same freedom that we both received. See, our "demons" affect others more than we know. I had to ask for my wife's forgiveness also. When Christ delivers you, your whole life changes. Since starting ministry work, I have removed 4 trash bags full of ungodly items from my home. You wouldn't believe the number of items that evil can be tied to. That in itself produces a tangible feeling of peace. I don't know if anyone will ever read this, but the bible commands us to tell our testimony, pray for others (James 5:16), and walk a holy life. I pray for a lot of you as often as I can. I try to tell at least one person every day what Christ did for me. It is not very well received. I have lost a lot of friends and some family won't speak to me. They claim to be Christians. We shouldn't strive to be Christians, we should strive for a life of knowing Jesus Christ and that He died on the cross for our sins. I hope this helps someone.
