April Melody developed diabetes and eventually passed away from a heart attack. She had received a kidney transplant from our church janitor. Please consider donating a kidney to someone in need. Expenses are covered. Also, monetary donations to organizations sponsoring research into diabetic treatments would be appreciated. Thank you.
