Lost & Found Northwestern-edison High School Class Rings

My Dad's class ring was stolen from his gym locker in high school. He graduated in 1969 and the ring was gold. I don't have much more information, but would love to be able to find it or replace it for him. Any help would be appreciated. I can be contacted at susda1971@gmail.com.

Two summers ago, my son discovered a class ring.
It looks quite old. 10K gold.

In the center is 7 sided polygon that has the inscription of Northwestern High School and the Latin Phrase: vive re est cogitare.

Then a circle and in the very center a triangle with the number 24. There are no other markings and it looks well worn.

Almost ladies size or a pinky ring. Would say size 5.

Any ideas of who the owner might be???
