About	David Michael Foxworth, 43, passed away Friday, Jan. 26, 2007, at home in Fort Worth following a cardiac surgical procedure. Memorial service: 3 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 22, at Fellowship of the Parks Church, 9900 N. Beach St., Keller, with the Rev. Doug Walker officiating. Memorials: may be made to the American Heart Association, 2630 W. Freeway, Suite 250, Fort Worth 76102. David was born March 18, 1963, in Washington, D.C., to L.A. "Bud" Foxworth and Janet Maib Foxworth. The family moved to Fort Worth in the late 1960s, then moved to Newark in 1977. He graduated in 1981 from Northwest High School, where he participated in the high school band. David was most recently a traffic signal technician with Republic ITS. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors: Two daughters; companion, Dorothy Johnston and her children, Tommy Pollard, Damon Johnston and Desiree Johnston, all of Fort Worth; brothers, Peter Foxworth and wife, Angie, and Scott Foxworth and companion, Karen Stephens, all of Saginaw; sister, Jennifer Foxworth and husband, Matthew Hungerford of Gilroy, Calif.; nieces, Erica and Heather Foxworth of Saginaw and Megan Hungerford of Davis, Calif.; nephews, Joshua, Jason and Skyler Hungerford of Gilroy, Calif.; aunts, Laura Parrigin of Hattiesburg, Miss., and Vivian Hendrix of Pearl River, Miss.; and many cousins.
