About Me	Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties LLC (CBCPP) is a Grand Junction based business born out of the need to a local comprehensive commercial property management service. In 2008 CBCPP began networking with local professional, licensed, and bonded contractors and vendors to provide physical element maintenance for all types of commercial property. They also began searching for the right person to promote professional relationships with those contractors and vendors, as well as with the property owners and their tenants. I became a licensed commercial broker in May of 2009 and came aboard CBCPP as the Property Manager that same year. I brought with me years of home inspection experience in property structural and safety issues recognition. As well as the knowledge of possible solutions to those issues and which contractors or vendors that would best meet specific requirements. With careful selection, I now have a current roster of service providers that we are proud to work with and call upon for servicing all types of commercial real estate asset issues.
