Favorite School Memory	The "unauthorized" 1961 Homecoming parade that almost got a few of us expelled. Friday nights cruising around after yet again another successful football win.
About Me	o Rob is an often awarded/recognized environmental policy scientist (12 awards) Co-author of the method for analysis of Mercury in the atmosphere and over 60 other publications. I have been priviledged to work for the United Nations on environmental projects around the globe. But also the World Bank, US AID State Department, European Union and others in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. o Director of State of Maine pesticide regulatory program. o Various positions at USEPA in Washington including last Chief Pesticide Management and Disposal. o Writer-Environmental Consultant from 1992 to end of 2016, now retired from consulting but still a writer with more than 60 publications. As a Proj. Manager developed environmental legislation for new nation of Uzbekistan, developed/directed an industry program in US for recycling pesticide containers, developed non-farm pesticide reg. program for Lithuania....and liked the culture and history of the place so much I stayed.
