About Me	I was a bit of a wallflower in high school. I didn’t have many friends but the ones that I did made the 4 years that I spent in Northport High School. Unfortunately those years were riddled with unfortunate events that made my years as a teenager quite traumatic. My freshman year brings back memories of the first school shooting at Columbine. Amongst too many to list here but the culmination of my high school career was cut short of all of the regular yearly activities because I started my senior year witnessing the World Trade Center tragedy. I am now what teenagers today call an elder millennial and I am proud of it!! I’m a mom to the most amazing 5 year old little boy named Silas and having him was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had the privilege of having! As the years passed me bye I have been through too many things to be able to remember but entering into my later years in life I have found myself and I am grateful of how far I’ve come! I have an unhealthy obsession with Ruth Bader Ginsburg and I am a proud rabid feminist who is not afraid to speak up and stand up for every woman out there who deserves to be treated as an equal!!! I am hopeful that having now found this website that I will get the opportunity to reconnect with some other alumni’s from my class and maybe we can even get it together and throw a reunion, how co...(read more)
