| About Me | I attended Ohio University in the fall of 76 for one semester, transferred to Wright State, hated it and dropped out. I worked in an automotive parts warehouse on the east end of Dayton for four years. It was culture shock, but I met a lot of very nice, down to earth people that I learned a lot from about life. I then enrolled at Sinclair and took architectural drafting and journalism classes. I started writing for the Dayton Daily News and after three years worked as a part-time sportswriter for the Trotwood Independent. After three years I became a full-time staff writer for the Englewood Independent while still covering sports for the Trotwood edition. I bought a house in Randolph Twp. which later became Clayton in 1993, a 3-bedroom ranch on 1 acre with lots of trees. In 2000 I was named editor of the Englewood Independent and also took over the Northmont sports coverage later the same year.
