Jeff is the son of Roxanne Heekin Kaylor (1968) who died serving his country in Iraq on April 7, 2003. He was a brave and patriotic officer and soldier. He was so much like his mother in many ways. He is greatly missed and a true love. A scholarship fund has been set up in his name at Centreville HS, Clifton, Virginia 20124.
