She died of complications of Altzheimers in the fall of 2009. She was only 56 years old and had Altzheimers for about 10 years. She was the oldest sister of Dave, Jim and Nan Fultz. She was best friends with Pam Weire and had 4 children. She was in Sing Out York and after high school went to Lancaster and got her certification for hair styling. Her oldest son died suddenly a few months after her.
