CONEWAGO TWP. Roland K. Loveland, 49, passed away Monday, June 8, 2009, while sitting at his desk, shortly after speaking to his best friend on the phone. Born June 21, 1959, in York, he was the son of Raymond K. Loveland of York and the late Patricia A. (Bortner) Loveland. He was a graduate of Northeastern High School and was a mason tender by trade. He was an avid NASCAR and Indy Car racing fan. The past few years of Roland's life had been riddled by the effects of diabetes. In addition to his father, Mr. Loveland is survived by a son, Jason Loveland of York; a daughter, Andrea Loveland of York; a brother, Michael Loveland of Selinsgrove; and three sisters, Deborah Miller of Mount Wolf, Kathy Doolittle of Hellam, and Maureen Bocanegra of York Haven. The family will be receiving friends at Roland's residence, 4290 Susquehanna Trail, York, at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 21, 2009. Burial will be private. William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 60 S.
