Please have your guests call into our Reservations Department and mention the name of the group; the agent will be more than happy to assist them. They can reach our Reservations Department at 800-344-5999. Reservations must be made while the contracted rooms are available, or by your cutoff date (5/23/15), in order to receive the special group rate. Once the cutoff date passes or when all rooms are reserved, reservations may be subject to higher/regular rates and/or minimum stay requirements. Any reservation booked through our website or a third-party company can easily be counted towards your block; we recommend periodically requesting a list of reservations booked under your block to get an idea of who may be missing from the list.
