With more than 19 years in the industry and certification as a Dementia Practitioner, she is a both a fount of knowledge and a force of nature, skillfully assessing patients’ needs and abilities, traveling the country to bring residents to their new home, negotiating with insurance companies and managing the individualized care programs.
