Charles was the mascot for Northeast class of '87. He and his 2yr old daughter Autumn were killed in a head on collision with a tractor trailer on Hwy 129 near Fitzgerald, Ga. His wife Cartrina was also in the car and she survived. This was devastating to me because we were planning a reunion of the NEHS Tradewinds '84-'87.
