About Me	Since High school I’ve definitely taken a change for the better. Physically and mentally I’ve grown stronger as a person. Had some rough patches the past few years but made it through pretty good. Recently I have opened two businesses and currently I am the proud owner and operator of The Bayou, a Cajun/creole style restaurant. I got the idea to open that type of restaurant from when I lived down south.
