About	Harold E. Brown HURON – Harold E. Brown, 80 of Huron, passed away Wednesday, February 1 at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Lorain, after a brief illness. Harold was born on October 3, 1931 in North Tonawanda, New York to the late Harold and Margaret (Graves) Brown. Harold was a graduate of North Tonawanda High School and Lehigh University. He was a veteran of the United State Army. He worked as a metallurgical engineer for US Steel, and retired after 30 years of service. In his spare time, Harold enjoyed traveling. Harold is survived by his wife Nancy; one daughter, Margaret Ann (Michael) Pickel of Seattle, Washington; one son, Robb E. (Nancy) Brown of Lorain, Ohio; and one grandson, James. Including his parents, Harold was preceded in death by his sister, Carolyn Henry. Friends may call on Friday, February 10 from 4 pm to 8 pm at Groff Funeral Homes and Crematory, 1607 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky, Ohio 44870, where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron, Ohio.
