Peter Miano, of North Tonawanda, passed away April 29, 2018
Beloved husband of Carol ( nee Sczesniak) Miano; loving father of Stephen (Janice) Miano and Christina (Bradley Neale) Miano; devoted grandfather of Nicholas, Haley and Dominic; great grandfather of Peter; brother of Rosemary (late Joseph) Fox and Louis Miano; also survived by his uncle, Joseph Surage, several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Miano is predeceased by his parents; Peter and Mary Miano, his aunts and uncles; Josephine Yaglowski, Catherine Brzezinski, Dominic Surage, Rose Mary Gillotti and Angeline Bruno and his nephew; Joseph Brochey
Mr. Miano served in the United States Army ( 1961-63) he retired from the Niagara County Parks Department. Peter loved golf, gardening and most of all spending time with his family.
Friends may call Monday ( May 14, 2018) from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at the WATTENGEL FUNERAL HOME, 307 Oliver St. North Tonawanda. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday (May 15, 2018) at 10 AM from St. Jude the Apostle Parish, 800 Niagara Falls Blvd. North Tonawanda.
