| About Me | oh my! a lot of studying & learning, professional writing and hard work; earlier I backpacked a lot and did some long distance bike riding,(not so much now). Came to New Mexico after college, married a young doctor and had a number of adventures, including living on an indian reservation for awhile and riding our bikes to rural Maine, where we lived awhile before going back to NM and a divorce -- now 30 years ago. I got really interested in psychotherapy and kept I going back to school, still teach a little at an advanced psychotherapy program in Chicago (ICSW). Some years ago I learned to play a viola da gamba but broke my arm and am not playing much now; also got quite involved in environmental work at one point (especially preservation of wilderness in the southwest) but also am not doing that much any more.
