| About Me | You want me to put a whole life in this little space? Here's the Reader's Digest version. Married at 19, child at 24, divorced at 27. Then BA in English and MA in geography at U. of Washington. Go Dawgs! Five years at Oregon Health Sciences University, then to Vancouver, B.C., to work on a doctorate. Married a second time, became a Canadian citizen, divorced. 13 years later, moved to St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands for 7 years. Became a journalist, freelance writer, magazine editor, university professor of English and journalism. Moved to Northern California to be close to grandkids.
