Favorite School Memory	No offense to anyone, but my favorite memory of high school was leaving the parking lot after graduation! At that very moment and forever burned into my memory while I looked in my rearview mirror at the world that had molded and was meant to prepare me for the road ahead, reality sank in like an anchor reaching the bottom of the ocean. Everything I had known, had focused on, and had dedicated myself to was officially completed, and the future/opportunity/change was right in front of me ready to begin the rest of my life story, and I would never be required to step back into that building again. The range of emotions in that instant was like nothing I had felt before and have only experienced a handful of times since. I remember saying to myself as tears rolled down my face, "Here you go. This is what you've always wanted, been working towards, and dreaming of from the first day of kindergarten. Summer Gayle Roedel, welcome to the rest of your life. Now what are going to do?" Anything and everything was possible now because that building that had represented my life to that point was getting smaller as I drove faster and further away. Optimism filled me, and I felt invincible.
