About Me	Mr. Napolitano has over 32 years of experience in the College and University dining and auxiliary service profession. He has held positions at James Madison University, University of Pennsylvania, University of Rochester, Dartmouth College, Middlebury College, California State University, San Bernardino, and currently SUNY Cobleskill, where he is the Director of Dining Services. Mr. Napolitano has a master's degree in Higher Education, Administration from the University of Rochester and a B.S. degree in Marketing & Management from James Madison University. His professional experience includes Catering sales and service, Special Events Coordinator, Retail Operations, Standard Board Operations, Vending, Concessions, Convenience Stores, and Tavern Operations. Professionally, Mr. Napolitano has served as the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS) National President (â€˜03-â€˜04), Regional President (â€˜95-â€˜96) and Vice-President (â€™94-â€™95), National NACUFS Conference Chair (â€˜97), and National Chair of the Environmental Resources Committee (â€˜87). He has served NACUFS as a national and regional conference chair, served on numerous professional standard review teams, and has been asked to participate at meetings as a speaker, presenter, panelist, and mediator. While directing the Middlebury College dining team, the program received the prestigious IVY Award in 1999. This Award of Distinction recognized the college-dining program as being committed to the highest standards of excellence in the food service industry.
