About Me	When I was a young boy, my parents opened Spaight’s Jewelry in Cedar Rapids IA. I learned many things from my father. One of the first jobs he taught me was to engrave jewelry, such as charms, ID bracelets, etc. I got great satisfaction knowing I was creating a lasting memory for people to enjoy for generations. Although back then engraving consisted of setting each individual letter into a tray. With only two fonts to choose from customizing was tedious and limited. Forty years later, my wife Julie Kay, and I are using today’s technology to take personalization to a whole new level! CAD programs have given us the ability to engrave on an assortment of materials with endless fonts. We are not limited to just words; pictures and business logos can be etched into just about any medium.
