| About Me | I'm a graduate of Stern College/Yeshiva University ('79). I went to Israel to study at Neve Yerushalayim after Stern and that is where I met my husband, Akiva.(He's from Paramus, NJ) We got married and lived in Jerusalem for a year and a half. Akiva is a computer programmer and works for the Jewish Educational Center in Elizabeth, NJ. If you want to know more about Akiva, just do a google search for Akiva Miller and see what you find. He's a frequent contributor to Avodah, Areivim, Mail Jewish etc. We are also the authors of the Halachos of Xmas. You can google that too if you haven't seen it yet. Our oldest son Elly lives in Elizabeth and is married to Chani (Abrams). They have a 4 girls. Shulamis, Shani and Esti. So I'm a Bubbie. I also have another son, Avi (25), who is single and lives in NY and a daughter, Ariella (23), an ultrasound technician who is married to Sammy Landa. They have a baby boy named Aryeh. They also live in near us in Elizabeth. I work as a development professional at the City College of New York/The City College Fund. I've been there since April '07. It's a great job and I love the people I work with. City College is a great school with many accomplished as well as famous alumni and highly motivated students.
