Mavis is my older sister. I was her birthday present when she turned 1 year old. She passed away April 26,2023. She was devastated by the death of her oldest child Carrie Rae Barnette who lost her life to a senseless MASS SHOOTING October 1st, 2017 at the Route 91 concert held in Las Vegas.
