| About Me | Editor for a yearbook publishing firm, 21 years. Presently retired as of 10-09-2019. I am also an artist, muralist, photographer, and graphic artist. I worked for Honeywell Large Information Systems in Phoenix until they crashed 1989 laying off 15,000 people. I had been with them for 17 years. I would also work for PLT as a prop artist on and off for Mel Weiser. I still keep in touch with him and his wife, Joni. He is not only a producer, director and writer of stage plays on Broadway but also an author, he is 95 and still amazing. I was also taught painting by Russel Streich the artist who worked for Walt Disney six years and did many of the backgrounds for, “Bambi”, and “Snow White”. My husband, Ted Bruner, and I live in a 3000 sq ft Victorian home built in 1893 which we refurbished. Few people know that I am English and most all my family lived in Great Britain,... our home looks like it came from there. At 71, I am still painting murals for people all over town. Ted and I are also working as photographers and graphic artists. Ted was also a programer as well as a writer. In addition I write and am taking several writing classes. I kept in touch with Mr B and his lovely wife, Mary, through the years until his death. Both Ted and I miss the Southwest a lot and maybe someday will return.
