| About Me | Eugene P. Esposito, J.D. is a licensed Illinois attorney with a background in insurance legislative, judicial, regulatory, compliance and claims arenas. Mr. Esposito is contract special counsel to PROactive Strategies Inc. From 1979-1996Mr. Esposito was a Vice President and Senior Counsel with the American Insurance Association. Prior to that, he was a practicing trial defense attorney for the Chicago law firms of O’Brien & Hanrahan and Sweeney & Riman. Mr. Esposito has been an active member of the King County WA, Chicago, Illinois and American Bar Associations and has served through the years on various Chicago Bar Association Committees. He is also a Chair Qualified Arbitrator for the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration Program and was active in its formation and inception through the Circuit Court of Cook County Illinois. From 1978-1981 he served as a Director and Founding Member of the Neighbor Justice Center of Chicago, a program that was awarded the National Young Lawyers Project for the Chicago Bar Association.
