Jeremy Justin Phillips, 22, of Cumberland, was fatally injured in an automobile accident in Garrett County on Monday, April 16, 2007.
Born Sept. 20, 1984, in Cumberland, he was the son of Barbara Denia (Kimble) Phillips of Cumberland and the late Jerome Joseph Phillips, Sr.
He was a 2002 graduate of North Hagerstown High School.
He was employed at Deep Creek Concrete Mix.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Heidi A. Phillips; one daughter, Natalie A. Phillips; one son, Noah A. Phillips; four sisters, Tammy S. Shankle of Hagerstown, and Barby J. Phillips, Denia J. Phillips and Kelsey L. Kline, all of Cumberland; five brothers, Jerome J. Phillips Jr. of Hagerstown, Jerome J. Phillips III of Clear Spring, and Kevin S. Phillips, Joshua D. Phillips and Nicholas P. Kline, all of Cumberland; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Adams Family Funeral Home. Pastor Steven Johnson will officiate. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Park.
Friends will be received Thursday from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
