Stanley DeCoy Howington, know to many of his friends as "Storm" had a contagious smile. He was loved by many and the tragedy surrounding his demise will haunt his loved ones for eternity. We are thankful to God for having allowed us to love him for the 19 years he walked God's green earth! He is missed daily by family and friends alike!
