About Me	Entered Service in January 67., Spent 2 years in Vietnam, with the 37th & 377th Combat Security. Entered De. State Police Jan.71., Served 20 yrs. Worked 12 years of Patrol and 8 yrs.Criminal Invest., Was involved in the Last Hanging in the USA with Defendant Billy Bailey, Hung in 1996., Worked many homicides in the State of Delaware along with many special assignments., Worked with the FBI & Secret Service on occasion. Received "Certificate of Valour" for a Bank Robbery Shooting in Kent County De., Rec'd Award from the State of Md., in Pikesville. Married in Canada 08/02/69 to Pauline Dumais.
