About	Billy was a Navy veteran who moved to California. He married and had 2 children Chelsea & Thomas. He owned a painting contracting business. He loved his family and anything outdoors especially fishing. In 2012 he suffered a massive heart attack and died. I still miss him daily. Susie (his twin sister)
